Meet The Team
Jennifer – Office Manager
Jennifer was born in West Valley City, Utah. She loves being with her family. They love the outdoors, boating, kayaking, hiking and being together. Jen loves to watch her kids play sports, painting, playing tennis and going to the movies. Her favorite foods are pizza and tacos, she loves the Marvel movies and her favorite season is Summer. Jen started dental assisting in 2004, she received her certification here in Saint George. Jen joined our team in 2015 as the Office Manager.
Brittnee – Front Office/Insurance Coordinator
Brittnee was born in Ogden, Utah. She grew up playing and watching sports like softball, golf and soccer. She moved to Saint George with her family; Randy, Luke, Hudson and Camden in 2013. As a family they love going to the movies, hiking, watching sports especially the Utah Utes, Disneyland, going to the Angels games, swimming and being outside. She has been a part of the Apple a Day family since 2015. Brittnee loves baking, cooking and crafting. Her favorite food is anything that has potatoes in it, her favorite color is pink and her favorite movie is How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days.
Michelle Wheeler RDH
With nearly a decade of experience in dental hygiene, Michelle has dedicated herself to providing top-quality care and building trusting relationships with her patients. Her passion for promoting oral health and wellness is matched only by her love for spending tie with her family. Outside of work, Michelle values the moments spent with her loved ones, knowing that a strong support system is key to both personal and professional success.
Thalia – Front Office
I’m part of the team at An Apple A Day Family Dentistry, and I’m often one of the first faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors. I love helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their dental care—from scheduling appointments to answering questions about treatment and insurance.
Building genuine relationships with our patients is one of my favorite parts of the job. I truly believe a positive dental experience starts with kindness, clear communication, and a little extra care. I’m so grateful to be part of a team that always puts patients first.
Outside of the office, I recently got married and love spending time with my husband. In my free time, you’ll usually find me trying new recipes and desserts, camping, going four-wheeling, or enjoying a nice walk outdoors. I love staying active and finding new ways to unwind and have fun.

Ana – Treatment Coordinator
Ana was born and raised in St.George, Utah, but she loves to visit her family in Ensenada, Mexico. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and the organ. Ana is always looking for opportunities to help others and is constantly in search of new adventures and experiences. She hopes to someday become a dental hygienist and build a future doing what she loves most, smiles!
